How ShutterBubs Photo Day Works
Step 1: Register Your Child
Complete the online registration form using the link provided below.
We'll ask for a few simple details, including:
Your child's name
Their centre or class
Parent/carer contact details
The email address you'd like your gallery sent to
Please make sure your email address is correct, as this is where your private gallery will be delivered.
Step 2: Pay the Booking Fee
After submitting your registration, you'll be taken to our secure payment page to pay your $35.00 booking fee via Stripe. This amount is used as credit towards your gallery.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been completed.
Step 3: Photo Day
We'll visit your child's centre on the scheduled photo day.
Our sessions are relaxed, fun and child-led, helping us capture natural smiles and genuine moments.
Step 4: Receive Your Private Gallery
Once your photos have been edited, we'll email a link to your private online gallery using the email address you provided during registration.
Step 5: Choose Your Images
Browse your gallery from the comfort of home and order only the images and products you love.

Register Your Child
Every child must be registered before photo day.
Registration gives us permission to photograph your child.
Only registered children will receive a private gallery.

The booking fee is redeemable as credit towards your image order
Sibling Photos
Register each child separately.
Sibling portraits are captured on the youngest child’s scheduled photo day.
Order Your Images
View your gallery online.
Choose only the images or products you'd like.
Apply your booking credit at checkout (if applicable).
Photo Day
We photograph children naturally throughout the session, capturing a mix of portraits and candid moments where possible.
Every child is different, so the number and style of images may vary.
Receive Your Gallery
Your private online gallery will be emailed to the address you provided. Galleries are typically ready within 4-6 weeks
